6mos cleaning appt. Not a thorough cleaning, only front bottom teeth. Was my insurance billed for a complete cleaning or partial? Just about pulled my teeth out with the flossing, I floss at home everyday. Floss was very thick, hurt like crazy. Not a good experience at all.

I was happy until now. I have used this dental service for years and now it's time to move on because of the up changes. My last visit i came in they did their evaluation and then comes in the lady with the bill. I was perfectly OK with that. I paid in full as requested. Now a month later I get another bill for services I already paid for. They have confirmed with my insurance what was covered and I paid now im stuck with another bill. I am a business owner my self and if I get a confirmation form a warranty company I stick with that not upcharge my customer. I just eat the difference. I would rather have a positive review than a bad one. Always remember what they tell you upfront money wise it don't stand any ground, they will change you more a month later. Beware!!!

Very pleased with how professional and accommodating they were! I was experiencing pain in my upper teeth which was not found by the previous denist I had gone to , Dental Care of West melbourne found that the issue was actually a bottom molar that was cracked, which was inflaming the nerve in my upper teeth,They adressed the problem and solved it that same day! Cannot express how much better I am feeling now! Thankyou to Dental Care of West melbourne! I will be a patient of theirs from now on!

I was a patient at this Dental Clinic about 2 weeks ago and was extremely nervous about having my upper tooth extracted, although I was in severe pain and discomfort when I walked in. Thankfully Elizabeth at the front desk was very caring and kind enough to notice this and referred me to Dr. Dunne who was also extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff was phenomenal and the Dr’s bedside manner and patience was beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate the genuine care and kind support that I received through that very difficult and painful time. Dr. Dunne made me feel a lot less anxious during the procedure and even followed up personally by phone call the next day to check on my recovery. Thank you for providing such excellent dental care services and helping me to recover from the traumatic tooth extraction that I had years ago at a different facility (not at Dental Care of West Melbourne).

When I arrived, an assistant polished my teeth and flossed them first, weird. Then the hygienist (C) came in. She didn't perform the usual periodontal evaluation or measure my gum pockets—something that's always been part of my routine cleanings. Instead, she went straight to using the ultrasonic scaler to clean my teeth for about 10–15 minutes, and that was it. To make matters worse, no dentist came in to examine my teeth before I was sent to the front desk to check out. The entire appointment felt rushed and incomplete. I honestly don't understand how this office has such high ratings. I wanted to give them a second chance, but this visit confirmed that I won't be returning.
